4 in 1 Protection for Porous Materials
ImperGuard® Ultra 4 in 1 provides total protection for all porous building materials. It is a powerful sealer which keeps out water and stains while also consolidating and strengthening materials and actively inhibiting organic growths.
ImperGuard® Ultra 4 in 1 is a non film forming impregnation product. Substrates can breathe naturally as the product does not inhibit air or water vapour permeability. The product is completely invisible once cured and does not change the look or texture of the surface. This also means it won’t make surfaces slippery. It is completely UV stable and will not yellow with time.
Action 1 – Water Repellent Sealer
ImperGuard® Ultra 4 in 1 prevents penetration of water into the substrate. As a result it eliminates all types of issues associated with water ingress such as: acid rain, erosion, freeze/thaw damage, water staining and water damage.
Action 2 – Anti Microbial Sealer
ImperGuard® Ultra 4 in 1 actively inhibits the metobolism of microbes that come into contact with the treated surface. This prevents all types of organic growths such as algae, mold, moss, mildew, lichens and fungi.
Action 3 – Stain Repellent Sealer
ImperGuard® Ultra 4 in 1 stops stains from penetrating into the substrate. Prevents all sorts of soiling, even from greases. Utilises the latest in self cleaning technology. Most stains and spills will simply wash off. Very easy to keep clean.
Action 4 – Consolidating Sealer
ImperGuard® Ultra 4 in 1 provides remineralisation to porous materials. Thereby stabilising friable materials, reducing porosity and improving overall strength. Provides excellent protection against salt damage.
