We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be unopened, unused, in their original condition, and include proof of purchase. Simply contact us for approval before returning your item. Once received and assessed, approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 1-2 weeks. Warranty claims are also supported, with replacement or refund options where applicable.

Most sealers have a shelf life of 2 years from the manufacture date when stored correctly (cool, dry, away from direct sunlight). ImperGuard and most cleaners have a longer shelf life of 4 years. Always check the label for the specific product expiry.

Yes. WA Sealers distributes our products in Western Australia. For other states, we deliver nationwide via our online shop. 

This is generally not recommended. Issues include reaction with the old sealer, blockage of penetration, and compatibility problems causing clouding or flaking. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

All our sealers are penetrating products and cannot be used over a painted surface. The paint creates a barrier that prevents penetration. If you want to seal a previously painted surface, the paint would need to be removed first.

We currently only sell within Australia. Our French parent company produces equivalent products available in Europe. For international enquiries, contact us and we can point you in the right direction.

Pour water on the surface. If it beads and rolls off, the sealer is still working. If water soaks in and darkens the surface, it is time to reseal. With ProtectGuard, new sealer can be applied directly over the old.

Guard Cleaner Eco is a good option for removing grease stains. Completely removing grease from porous materials can be difficult as the cleaner can only work on the grease it can get to (on the surface and the tops of the pores). Therefore repeated applications to remove more and more from the pores may be required. To improve cleaning efficiency use hot water for your dilution to increase reaction speed, increase dwell time (keep wet during dwell time) to allow more time for the cleaner to work on the stain, agitate at regular intervals to expose the cleaner to more unreacted oil/grease.
